Cookery Workshops
As a Nutritional Therapist I share advice with my clients on what to eat all the time, but I know that turning this into an easy-to-cook habit back at home can be a real challenge.
So alongside my clinical practice I run a series of ‘Learn, Cook & Dine” events here in Oxford, blending nutritional know how with practical cookery tips and tricks, all shared over a delicious dinner.
Whilst I have a program in place I am always happy to look at bespoke sessions or specific topics of interest, so feel free get in touch if you have an idea.

Shared Table
Cooking for a group can be tricky when everyone has different tastes. This workshop shows you how to make one meal work for all, without doubling your time in the kitchen. You’ll learn clever techniques to adapt dishes from add-ins and toppings to layered flavours and sides, so every plate feels personal, but everyone still eats together

Half Term Cookery Club
This special half-term workshop includes adventurous dishes to stretch their skills. Each child will have their own station to work independently as they cook a brand-new set of recipes. Held at The Swan School in Marston, it’s the perfect way to keep kids busy, build kitchen confidence, and explore exciting new flavours over the holidays.

Festive Feasts
Christmas cooking doesn’t have to be the stressful part of the holiday, or all done on the day. In this festive workshop, you’ll add fresh dishes to your holiday repertoire and prepare reliable dishes you can make ahead. We’ll cover clever recipe short cuts, storage tips, and homemade alternatives to expensive supermarket party food.

COOKERY WORKSHOP GIFT VOUCHERS
Think this would be a great gift but not sure which one to book? These fixed price gift vouchers can be redeemed against any future workshop – whatever the price! A physical voucher will be delivered to the address of your choice.

Cookery Workshop Testimonials
AB, Oxford
“The evening more than lived up to my expectations. It was convivial, supportive and the food that we made was delicious and nutritious. I came away very motivated to recreate the dishes and more knowledgeable about the foods that I should be eating more of this winter. The attention to detail was fantastic: aprons, booklets to make notes, everything ready to go, which made the session flow seamlessly. Anna delivers information in a way that is easy to digest and remember, never too much at once and with a warmth that makes you want to know more.”
