Hi I’m Anna, a registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and chef. Through life our bodies and their needs evolve, yet we often cling to the same familiar diets and dishes we’ve always known when it comes to daily food choices. It’s the hardest habit to change. I am here to help cut through the pseudo-science out there on what, when and how to eat with evidence-based nutritional support. Based in Headington, Oxford I meet clients one-to-one in person or via video conference. Whatever you find most comfortable and practical.

My cookery workshops and events in Headington & Marston focus on a wide range of food topics from eating in peri-menopause or gluten/dairy free to family-friendly foods that even the fussiest kids will love.

In my clinic, working alongside your GP, we have more time to dig a bit deeper as well as access to functional tests that may help build a clearer picture of what’s going on for you.
