As a Nutritional Therapist, I’m always looking to help people improve their health and wellbeing in ways that feel engaging and achievable. That’s why I offer a range of wellness workshops designed for team events, corporate wellness days or small interest groups looking for in-person speakers, blending expert advice with interactive activities to create a truly memorable experience.

Themes like good gut health, stress management, and the importance of a good night’s sleep are at the heart of these sessions, which include an informative talk followed by a hands-on making activity. Participants might learn to create their own gut-friendly fermented foods, blend calming herbal teas, or craft natural sleep sprays.

Mood Boosting Foods

This workshop dives into how food can support your memory, mood, and concentration. It kicks off with an engaging talk on brain health and the essentials for keeping your mind sharp. You’ll discover easy, everyday foods packed with benefits for your brain and get hands-on creating the perfect brain-boosting snack to take home.

Stress Management

Did you know we have two different nervous systems, and staying in the wrong one too long can make stress harder to handle? In this workshop, you’ll discover how to switch between them effectively and explore the best foods (and make some) to help support your body in managing stress with ease.

The Power of Sleep

We all know sleep is essential for good health, but getting the right kind of rest can be a challenge in today’s always-on world. In this workshop, you’ll uncover the science behind a great night’s sleep and learn practical tips to improve yours, then create the ultimate sleepy smoothie or soothing aromatherapy pillow spray.

Based in Headington, Oxford I am perfectly placed to support in person workshops in the Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire area as well as London.

I have talks ready to go from £150 but can tailor something specific to your needs, numbers & event, including cookery and hands on elements.
